By using the beta version of Trendd, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as they govern your use of our platform during the beta period.
Features are still in progress and may have bugs or incomplete functionality.
Don't publicly share non-public features, screenshots, or performance details without permission.
Trendd does not permanently store your working data. It's processed during your session and deleted when you log out.
If you voluntarily upload files to help us code or test new platform integrations, you give Trendd permission to securely store those files in our private environment until development and testing are complete. Once finished, the files are deleted. We never sell or share your files with third parties.
Any feedback or suggestions you share may be used to improve Trendd without obligation or compensation.
Trendd beta is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranty of accuracy, uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Trendd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any data loss resulting from beta use.
You can request earlier deletion of uploaded files by emailing support@trendd.app .
We may change, pause, or end the beta at any time.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Delaware. Trendd is a brand of Upper Lake Global Inc.
